We were tasked to create an updated modern entry for this Kenilworth Channel classic home originally constructed in 1927. Working with Steele from Landscape Love and the great ideas of Billy the homeowner, we landed on this beautiful fusion between classic textures and modern lines. The finish is exposed aggregate concrete. The benefit of this finish is that is allows the natural color in the stone to blend into the landscape of the parks and lakes that surround this home.  The style is as modern as they come, cantilever steps with each riser moving in and out of the center line.  This creates a natural look as each step seems to sit in the hillside independently from the others but working together as functional art.
