This Whittier neighborhood apartment was overdue for a complete concrete entry replacement, as the foundation and past surface repair efforts were failing.  We removed everything and started from scratch.  We installed a new footing and structural foundation walls. The entry slab and stairs resemble the craftsmanship of the original building in Antique finish, which gives the concrete both a classic look and a less slippery surface than basic poured concrete.
